Obituary

The life of Mr. Carvin Berna James
The strong and courageous:
On the crisp Colorado the morning of November 11, 1964, a bouncing baby boy was born to
Percy B. James and Marden James, and they named him Carvin Berna James. Carvin was one of
3 children.
Carvin gained his education through the Denver Public School. His dreams were to drive diesel
trucks and making music. Cravin was a father of four wonderful children Necole, Jamar,
Raukeen and Gabrielle. He loved them more than anyone. Cravin took the job of being
“Grandpa” seriously, he loved his nine grandchildren. Cravin motto was always put family first.
Cravin loved music and cooking and was exceptional chef. Cravin was a dedicated and
inspirational father.
On October 31, 2021, heaven gates opened for one of God’s precious children, Cravin is
preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children Necole Jamar Raukeen and Gabrielle, his
siblings, his grandchildren, his nieces and nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. he
will always be in our hearts forever...

Please note
Church Resolution in Loving Memory of Cravin James No matter what your trials are, or how big your mountain seems; The Lord is there to see you through; He’ll go to all extremes. So if your cross seems hard to bear, and you know not what to do; The One who loves you most of all will be there to see you through. We, the members of House of Hope Christian Ministries, want the family to know that our hearts are with you as we gather to bid Christian good-bye to Brother Cravin; cousin of Deacon Kevin Trimble and Deaconess Pamela Trimble; active members and willing workers for Christ. WHEREAS, the passing of Brother Cravin has broken a human tie which bleeds the heart in agony and pain. We are encouraged and consoled in the words of Jesus who said, “I will never leave thee nor forsake them”. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we embrace the family because all of us have a common bond that will connect us for the rest of your lives. We cannot replace Brother Cravin but will attempt to demonstrate his love for you. To the family, we know your loss is deep and your sorrow is great, but want you to know that we share in your sorrow. Humbly submitted on this 27th day of November, 2021 The Officers and Members of House of Hope Christian Ministries, Aurora, Colorado Reverend Richard L.
